I've had every model of the Raspberry Pi since they were first launched, and I have used them both personally and professionally. I have to say that I had high hopes for the Pi 5 (mine is the 4GB version) and I was not disappointed. Performance is excellent, quality is amazing as you would expect and it has been an amazing upgrade on the already excellent Pi 4. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

2nd one so I like them. Used as NAS, PiHole etc. Faster than a Pi4, Pi4 still useful an value for money. But Pi5 8Gb or 16Gb versions are more expensive then adding on all the necessary bits similar cost to mini pc. .the Pi5 4GB version is value.

Running OMV, really loads up fast so makes adding, removing and editing content a pleasure. As of today running on a external nvme drive, I am ordering a internal drive today to make life even better. Note, most suggested alternative nvme sdd are now end of life or have issues. I have decided to go with WD black as this has very good feedback.

Bought this to replace a Pi 4 which had been running flawlessly as Home Assistant server for 5 years. It was still going fine but thought it would be best to replace anyway. It migrated very straightforwardly and is running fine. I ordered the Pi and a case and both arrived next day. Great service.

First upgrade to pi 5. It's blazing fast even compared to pi 4. I just needed a different cable for my camera that's all, oh yes higher capacity power supply, but I knew that anyway
