“I've been a fan of the Raspberry Pi since the 3b. It's well priced, flexible and a lot of computing for the money. Now with the 5 it's gained a lot of new specification, is a little more compact and can do everything you'd want from it and more. I have a 4b and now a 5 in my audio system, streaming music at high sample rates with a custom linux operating system and serious sound qualty.It's quiet, low powered and excellent value for money. PiHut have great service too - I got it a day after I ordered!”
“Just manually setup RetroPie to allow the heavier demand emulations to run. As a beginner it took a few goes to get it working, but now runs fine. Just need to work out how to configure the game controller!”
