“Sadly the international delivery service I sent it to so they would deliver it to me further down the road misplaced this package and sent me someone's broken smartphone instead. And they are also asking for a proof that this package was indeed delivered by Royal Mail. If you guys can provide any evidence so I could indeed confirm that Royal Mail did deliver the package to their address - it'd be priceless for me.
