“It's great, I love that it can be adjusted using the GPIO pin, in 'sudo raspi-config' you can make it automatically kick in the fan when the raspberry reaches a certain temperature using the 'fan control' setting in 'performance options'. It's a little loud, but changing it to the 3.3V rail solves the problem!”
“Fits neatly into the case for the Pi 4 and is simple to set up by adjusting settings in the preferences section. It is loud enough that you can hear it operating, but so far I haven't got the Pi hot enough for it to kick in!”
“Firstly - Well done PiHut agin on good service. On the fan itself though, it works well and does exactly what we needed in terms of cooling. However, it makes a really irritating noise, so at the moment it is disconnected.”
“The fans came on time and easy to install, a little bit noisy, but keeps the pi cool, which is the main thing, as the kids use their pi's for school home learning.
A good purchase all round.”
