“Having read about issue with other power supplies it was a no brainer to simply purchase the official one. Reasonable price and quick delivery from Pi Hut.”
“Many power adaptors are too tall and their wire comes out the top and can block other sockets when used in multi-socket adaptors, like the first Raspberry Pi 2 power supply did. This new RPi4 power supply is just like a normal 3-pin plug but slightly thicker and takes up no more space so is much better. The only downside is that it no longer has the EU, US or Aus pin adaptors, which were great when travelling. Please re-instate that design.”
“As power supply's goes, it looks and feels well made. It fits well in a multi gang switch socket with no overlap in any direction. I found the cable length just right for most needs as well. Although I haven't measured it, but would say it's about a 1 meter, or just over. In all, it's a solid power supply from the Raspberry Pi Foundation.”
