My only gripe is the Raspberry Pi 400 came with a slighly defective F2 key that doesn't sit snugly and level like the others, and given it was "delivered" (I had to pick it up at the nearest post office) late due to the package being "bulky" (that's italian posts' excuse for laziness) I refrained from requesting a replacement and tried to fix it on my own, though I suspect it's really defective because no matter how hard I tried to fit it back into place, it will randomly come off on one side.
My strong advice for The Pi Hut: select your couriers wisely to keep the customer experience up to par with your standards.”
