“Good cable, though I cannot say that I'm a fan of the MicroHDMI connector on the Raspberry Pi 4 (too fiddly and I wouldn't want to plug the cable in too many times for fear for ware to the socket and its mountings), but that is hardly a fault of the cable!”
“This cable works just as well as other MicroHDMI cables I have bought. The metal connector (Pi end) is slightly longer (1mm?) than some cables I have come across, and this means a good connection through all cases I have tried.”
