“I paid extra for an SD card with the OS installed on it - it didn't work at all, had to go to retail store to buy another card, work out how to get the OS on it, then it finally booted.
additionally the default case it ships with causes it to overheat pretty rapidly - not fit for purpose, to use the PI I need to leave the cover off and will have to buy another case and discard this one.
the little device itself is pretty cool once it's running.”
