Had a few connection issues with this, even though I tried it with 4 new leads. Every now and then you have to take it off and reconnect it from the end of the lead your using to get a good connection. But honestly have the same problem with the one that came with my phone as that uses a type c so it's best just to buy a type c lead. But other than that it helped till I could find a type c lead at the length I needed for my cluster so its awesome as a spare if your forget a lead of one breaks.

What do you expect? Works as intended and cheap. If you need to convert then this will do the trick. The housing is plastic but for what it's worth it's good. the USB-C bit is sturdy, it doesn't look like it will snap off anytime soon.

Good value for using an existing pi 3 official 2.5A PSU as long as not using USB devices that use lots of power.

On my chrome book there’s a USB-C port but I wanted an adapter that you plug into USBc and it becomes a “regular” USB port. THIS adapter was a USB-c port with a USB-C adapter. WHO WOULD NEED THAT??? Surely if they had a USB-c port they’d put it directly into the laptop and not via this pointless object.

The Pi4 can be frustrating in using different connections, this little gadget overcomes the power supply problem and allows you to power up using existing equipment for minimal cost, delivery was extremely fast as well, thank you PiHut
