I've had a problem with the shipping, on the website is Advertised as 4-8 days but in my case the delivery took a month and a half, ordered November 24th - delivered January 7th.
I understand that there may be some delay in worldwide shipping, but you cannot advertise a shipping method for 4-8 days when it's not guaranteed to respect these times.
The support team was very kind and quick to reply.
