Just like a 3 but quicker and better. USB 3 is great for storage, now makes a good NAS.

The pi works fine just as expected, only problem I had was the delivery. Delivery was delayed 4 times so i ended up waiting something like 5 days, but that's mostly royal mail's fault. Then when it was delivered I found that it wasnt packed very well at all. It came in a small ish box, but it didn't have any packaging in the box to stop it jumping around in there, boxes that thing came where a bit damgedbut so far the pi is working fine.

Delivery was very quick and I was kept well informed. Pi works perfectly. Was well packaged. I'm using it with OctoPrint for a 3D printer and I've had no issues. Thanks for a great service

I bought this model of the Raspberry to install Openmediavault in order to use it as a file server. It works flawlessly all day everyday using very little power. I am using a usb 3.0 4tb hard disk with this. It is advisable to use a heat sink with the computer though.

So far so good. I mainly use it as an MMDVM Hotspot (something i think ThePiHut should be supporting actively), so not even really tickling it's potential there. However, occasionally i use it for gaming....and Retropie runs great on it.

Not much to compare this against I’m afraid as it is the first Pi I have owned. I am using it as a music streamer using pi core player and it is working really well. The output is through usb to a separate DAC. Great service from the PI Hut.
