“Having owned a number of pi3s was expecting a drastic increase in performance so was a bit dissappointed especially with browsing. I went for 2GB ram as it wasnt doing any heavy processing. perhaps 4Gb would provide better performance.”
“Ideal that I could get the extra CPU power, at a similar price to the 3B+. That extra power does come at the cost of a higher CPU temperature, though, and mine is running open, with an Uputronics GPS/PPS/RTC HAT, with the lightly-loaded CPU sitting at an average temperature of 55C.”
