“Nice upgrade from RPI 3 in terms of speed, and has almost the same form factor. Cooling is more of a necessity with this model, so look to add a heatsink and/or fan.”

“The item itself seems to be in working order. My issue is with shipping and the was customer service handled my issue. I now understand that a non tracked shipping option is the option I choose due to cost at the time. My issue is that it was not made clear that a non tracked option is what I was choosing at the time of purchase. The site says for international shipping the shipping time should be at most 10 days but my order was not received until almost 30 after. Also when I asked about this issue the wording of each response made me feel like it was all my fault for choosing the non tracking option and that I just needed to wait longer. Also if I waited longer and still didn’t receive my item then I was advised to go ask my neighbors and and check around my house. But all is well since I did finally receive my item just took 3 times as long.”
