“Shipping took a while because I live in the U.S., but it did arrive within a reasonable time frame. Package contained everything that was specified online, and the computer was undamaged despite some damage to the shipping box. The computer was contained inside of a smaller box inside of the shipping box that helped protect it.”

“The product came well within a reasonable amount of time (considering how far it had to travel). It was well packaged and exactly as advertised. I was able to use the official USB-C power adapter and start using it right away!”
