“This is my first Raspberry Pi project chosen to match my skill level, nil, and my current interest in listening to music at the highest levels of resolution. Though I have not yet completed the project as my laptop seems to have corrupted USB drives meaning I cannot install the Volumio OS, so far I am able to at least listen to radio stations at a high resolution, creating a music streamer at a cost of £45.”
“The Pi 4B is a great little computer for projects.
I found the 2GB model did not cope with Application Updates in Desktop mode (it started swapping), so I'd recommend choosing larger memory if you intend to use it as a Desktop computer.
As a headless pi-hole device the Pi works brilliantly and silently.”
