“Great little device. Only negative is that they reversed the position of the USB and Ethernet ports meaning it doesn’t fit in the case I wanted to use!”

“Usage - HyperHDR Controller (TV backlight) Performance for task - Amazing Summary: I'll be honest, I was on the fence between this and a 2gb version but I've no regrets about going for 1gb. The goal was to make an ambilight equivalent using spare parts I had and anything else to be as cheap as possible. I needed a Pi4 to utilise the USB3 and higher clock speeds to process the video capture. The 1gb performs perfectly, temps hover around 60c with no cooling/heatsinks after a 2 hour film. PiHut (as usual) got this to me in just over a day via Royal Mail with the basic postage. Happy with everything!”

“brilliant piece of kit, hoping to implement in many future projects such as drones and smart mirrors, currently building a raspberry pi laptop and will use it to help with learning python, great bang for your buck and is great for learning”

“It's a pi4. I'm sure lots have been written about it already. For my needs, as a travel router, the 1GB was perfect.”
