“First off, if you're using the Model A+ Pi, this is a great case to use, rather than trying to adapt a Model B case. The A fits perfectly, everything is in the correct place, and there are no open holes for features that aren't there. However, the Model A+ case is a disappointment if you've previously ordered the Pi Zero case. Unlike the Zero case, the A+ case comes with one, and only one cover. There is no camera cover, or PIO cover, only the one plain and unadorned full coverage cover. It's still a great case, but it had the chance to be awesome by copying its little sibling. Sadly, it failed to meet that challenge.”
“Shipping took 6 full work days, so that is very good. Raspberry Pi itelf is awesome. Blows my mind that I have a fully working PC the size of a credit card. One thing though if we talk about specific mods... I would suggest to opt for the B+ model, since it has more ports and 1GB of RAM instead of 512MB. I ran into the issue of needing a USB hub in order to connect my mouse and keyboard at the same time. Also, running a couple of tasks really takes a toll on the RAM, so I would just go for the 1GB version. All in all, amazing product.”
“The lights are on the wrong side for the original A+, but I like this case a lot more than the Adafruit one I had prior. Nothing wrong with the other one, I just like the aesthetics of this case better. It's like going from store brand jeans to a properly fitted suit. Perfection for the new 3 A+. If only it came in Grey/Black.”
