“A nice little upgrade over the 3B. I could drop-in-replace my Pi 3B with it. Because the HDD and Gigabit Ethernet still both go over the same USB 2 logic, the max speed I'm getting is about 14MB/s on the 3B+ (Samba, ext4 external HDD), vs 11MB/s. for the 3B. It's nothing like a dedicated NAS of course, but it's plenty for serving up movies.”
