“all good but suffered the "My Raspberry Pi 3B+ won't boot!" issue reported on the support portal page, the image I was trying to use was too old (flightradar24), I got confused because the Sd worked in my other Pis. I had boxed it up to return until I checked the portal, tried a new version of Noobs and all good and working very well now.

“But beware if you try to boot with an old arm image - latest NOOBS and Raspbian seem to be fine, but I ws not able to boot form the stock Ubuntu Mate image download - maybe it will be updated by now.”
“Easy upgrade for an original 256MB Pi 1 being used as a mail server. But despite running headless I had to get a higher wattage PSU before it would work.
Would love to see gig ethernet on the next version!”
