“5 Failed attempts at delivery by DPD, including 2 where a delivery attempt claim was made but not (even the GPS tracker of driver showed he/she was never at my house - confirmed by DPD when I called). ALso did not respect my alternate options to deliver to ANY neighbour. I bought from Amazon, paid less, and had it delivered while DPD were still messing me about. I finally got to reject the package, only to have another delivery attempt the next day where I rejected it again and it finally went back. 3 days later I was refunded. Go to DPD website to complain, and guess what, not a complaint option in sight, nothing returned in search. Yet, when you phone the DPD customer helpline before you even get to speak to anyone there is an automated warning from a director saying to treat staff with respect and be calm i.e. they see plenty of unhappy customer. The PiHut seemed ok, and their customer service reasonable etc, but the courier they have selected means I will try to buy anything from them again.”
“(3b+) Not the cheapest Pi available but you can certainly see where the money goes when you use it!
Frankly, it is quite a marvel to have something so flexible and powerful at this low price point.
I'm almost pretending I have more projects purely to justify buying more.”
“I am very pleased with the new system, it is much more powerful than my previous raspberry pi 3. I am glad that you have finally introduced near gigabit speeds and higher WiFi speeds on the board. After buying a dual fan cooler I am also pleased to say I’m running a stable 1.575GHZ overclock at a stable 36C. Overall the standard performance is great I just like to get that little extra out of these boards. Well done for creating such a powerful fun little board. I hope to use it for many project in the future”
“We've been buying pi's for years in all their forms. They are robust, reliable computers with way more more bangs per buck than anything else. If you are anywhere near IT, you need to play around with a pi and rediscover that "can do/have done" feeling that's gone missing from the business. If you want to get into IT without busting the bank, try it. Prepare to be amazed.”
