“While the device is fine, it's more by sheer luck than any practical effort on the part of the Pi Hut. The Pi was left to freely bounce around in the mailer box, no bubble wrap or any other soft protection. The pic is exactly how it arrived. Whoever packed it didn’t even bother to seal it in the anti static bag (which it had fallen out of in the box due to being able to bounce around freely in the box). I did flag this in a support post on January 21, 2023. However, my feedback was ignored (all it needed was an acknowledgement and maybe a commitment to do better next time).”

Ordered a Pi Zero WH, and it turned up rattling around in a box, with no protective packaging. An unsealed ESD bag was in the box, but not used.
Can only assume this was a return or second-user product.

“Great addition to the Raspberry and to have it available again with prompt delivery. It would have been good if it had had USB C and mini HDMI like the 4B to save having to purchase additional leads/adapters. Performs well and small form factor makes it ideal for embedded projects that don't require the 4B.”
