“My Pi is destined to be used outdoors mostly, running amateur radio software data modes. Radio and repurposed laptop screen run from a bank of 12v batteries, and a couple of Buck step down DC-DC converters provide sufficient current at 5V to run the Pi.
The whole thing fits inside a rugged case and having the Pi in its own wee box just helps to keep it safe and managable.”
“This is my third case, initially I thought the sectional design would make them weak but actually with the six faces all attached it's a neat, robust solution and good value for money. The removal section for a HAT is a nice touch too.”
