“Got this setup with a Raspberry Pi in a waterproof container taking pictures of the sky at regular intervals. At night it will give me up to a ten second exposure. On a couple of clear nights I've caught the ISS going over and some meteorites. I've also got loads of clouds.”
“I use this camera to take time-lapse images of the sky and horizon from dawn to dusk, to supplement my weather station data. It has been running all day every day for about three weeks now, and I am impressed by the quality of the images from such a tiny and modestly-priced item. The built-in Raspian utilities do everything I need, although as always with the RPi you have to be prepared to put in the time and effort to learn how to get the best out of them.”
