“Noticeably faster than the Pi2 and very convenient with built in WiFi and Bluetooth, both of which were very quick and easy to setup.
Have had it running retroPi and Plex, both of which whizz along.
I did have to update the OS builds on my Pi2 first before i transferred across to the Pi3.”
“I’ve had the previous 2 generations of Pi and although they’re capable enough, this new Pi (v3) is way faster, opening the doors to much richer usage. Currently sat running a mariadb db, apache web server, mantis bug tracker, vpn server, ssh server and nas gateway all hanging off and being powered by the USB port on the back of my wireless router!”
