“There are more powerful single board computers out there but they are much more expensive. Some have a price point approaching that of a cheap desktop PC. Many have woeful OS support with a minimal (if any) community supporting the device. The Raspberry Pi is the most well-supported SBC currently on the market and has an excellent feature set for its price-point.”
