“I recently placed 3 orders for Raspberry pi zero, a product designed to be li ked in multiples and for which you sell the conection kits. I was only allowed to add one item per order so had to pay postage for each item, but no where did it say that only one item allowed per household. However after waiting more than 2 weeks to be able to report these items as not received as per your process, I received an email stating that despite emails confirming my orders and further emails confirming despatch my items were never sent and I had been refunded. I had received NO notification of this and NO refund so had to chase this up and then wait 5 days for my money to be returned. If this item is strictly one household it should state so on your website, and if it is one per customer why were all of my orders cancelled without notification. Very poor customer service.”
