“I love this Raspberry pi zero W. It is ready to work stand alone. Built-in Wifi and BLE are easy to use. Perfect form factor for fit it in prototypes. With that price, I'm not gonna buy an Arduino anymore.”

“I bought a pi zero w as soon as they came out and the form factor is now very compact as i don't have to use a usb shim and WiFi dongle. I've used it as an IR and LAN protocol remote controller for my TV and it's tiny! Wish this had been available when i made my WiFi doorbell.”

“I live the Pi Zero form factor, I'm having a wail of a time designing circuits to control with it. Current projects are a sky temperature monitor, and some intelligent bias lighting for my monitor. I was a little worried how good the wireless reception would be with a small built-in antenna - I needn't have worried, it works fine and is great for my projects (I need network but don't really want to be running a cable).”
