“The Zero W runs cooler than the Zero 2W (which isn't currently available, anyway) and does all that I need it to do (take temperature measurements once per minute and broadcast them as a UDP packet to my other home control devices”
“As you'd expect from Raspberry Pi another great little single board computer. I wanted a low power Pi for a project and this will do the job wonderfully. Saved me having to spend extra for something like a Pi 4 when the lower power is fine and also so much cheaper! A great Pi at a great price!”

a flight radar to watch the flights in the area (fun with the kids during covid)
a pocsag decoder to read pager messeges
a camera
a radio
there are a few other things but you get the idea. the more the merrier as far as these go in my house, that way I don't have to keep sharing the Pi zero' between projects (make permanent builds instead)”
