“Four Screws to attach the Raspberry pi 4 board to the case are missing. Assembly instructions are also missing. It is a bit difficult for newbies to get started.”
“Bought it as a gift for a sister without much experience in RPi. She was excited and still plays with this kit. Good things about this kit:
* contains almost everything you need to start (except display, keyboard and mouse, but if you already have a PC this shouldn’t be an issue)
* RPi OS is quite friendly to people without experience in Linux
* Tons of tutorials and projects on internet means everybody will find something interesting to do with RPi
* Great looking case :)
So far she learned few things in terminal and played with LEDs and motors which make her very proud of herself.”
“It was good to finally get my hands on another Pi 4, though I ended up having to get the starter kit. No doubt the PSU and HDMI cable could come in useful, though not needed. All set to use it for Victron Venus OS (Large image) for monitoring my solar charging, etc, and running Node-RED on the narrowboat we live on. I've run up Raspbian on it and all looks good.”
“The Raspberry Pi 4 purchased from The Pi Hut was easy to put together, looks the part and came with NOOBS which allows for easy installation out of the box. The price was competitive compared to other mini computers. The Pi 4 is good for running low resource servers or displaying dashboards. It's a small sized bit of kit packed with decent hardware specs, just as good as everyday PCs, and requires only tiny amount of power to run. The Pi 4 came neatly packaged with instructions. It was set-up with an OS within no time, ready for browsing and streaming video content up to 4K. Thanks again and hope to purchase more of these devices when they next became available in stock.”
