A very useful and comprehensive sensor offering a variety of measures. I use this with ESPHome, for which there is a convenient library. Temperature, pressure and humidity readings are straightforward; air quality readings are more problematical - and that's because the divice is intended for indoor use only. CO2 is derived from VOCs based on human presence. Use the device outdoors and you'll get CO2 at 2,500ppm rather than 400. Just be careful what you want to use it for and how the device works and you'll be fine.

Not is it yet, looking forward to setting an environment monitor project with it.

A great little sensor for small projects. Producing lots of different environmental data.

The Pi python driver works well. If you want to use micropython forget. I used the Adafruit circuit python driver on a pico. The pico driver is less comprehensive than the Pi driver. So if you want to use all the sensor capabilities on a pico use C although I suspect this will not be necessary for most users. The temperature sensor needs to be calibrated with some other sensor such as a DS18B20 as the difference is significant.

This is really cool (except it runs a degree hotter than what I expect). High resolution. There is a lot to it, especially the gas sensing. I have yet to delve into this but, having read the datasheet and looked over what Bosch provide for this as open source, I look forward to getting it to do more. Easy to use out of the packet - the soldering required is easy - and the libraries are easy to use. Readings are slightly different to what I expect but hopefully with a bit of config that can be sorted.

Great little board. Temperature reading was a little out but can be compensated easily enough
