Great design for a case, everything fits snuggly as you build up the layers. Having read previous reviews stating that the penultimate (red for the rainbow version) layer was easily damaged I removed the protective film whilst holding each part flat on the bench—I don't know if this was 'better' than holding them in free air, but I certainly had no casualties. This is a product that I would recommend.

A really good looking enclosure for a pi. Easy to put together too.

For a little more pennies, much more useful than a Zero W and faster by far.

the red slice is very fragile (or I'm very clumsy), managed to snap it when putting everything together. once bolts are in is very stable so not a problem. would recommend in its broken and unbroken state.

Solid once put together and the cut-out for the SoC is big enough to incorporate a heatsink which is brilliant, but there are a couple of kinks. Mine shed a few pieces of plastic from the cut-out grilles and the supplied nylon bolts protrude from the nuts by at least 4mm. It literally stands on the ends of the bolts. What do you do? Trim them down? Shouldn't have to really. Some rubber feet would be a nice addition, the official case has these. I've added my own, but again it wouldn't add much to the price to include some. Adding recesses on the underside for these would also be welcome.
