“Got these to obviate a design flaw in the Breakout Garden when used with breakout temperature sensors (e.g., BME280, BME68x, etc) to measure ambient temperature. When attached to the Pi GPIO, the Breakout Garden heats up due to the Pi cpu, so the measured temperature is a few degrees higher than ambient. The Breakout Extender Kit solved the problem at the expense of the compact design of the Breakout Garden.”
“Fab but useful only if you have a Breakout Garden (which is itself a wonderful thing). I bought only because I needed to put a weather breakout further away from the Pi and this solved it without any soldering which I cannot do because of disability.”
