“I bought the HyperPixel 4.0 display for use on a Raspberry Pi4 4Gb and RetroPie. It took me a couple of hours to figure out how to get the screen to rotate on the Pi4 as it runs a different graphics driver to the Pi3 which is referenced all over the internet. After altering a couple of lines in the Retropie startup.sh script and another config file in the same location (opt/retropie/configs/all/ retroarch.cfg & autostart.sh) I was able to get the Retropie menu and all the emulators to display landscape. This screen is small, obviously, but the image quality is so good and the speed is flawless for games. So far I've played Dreamcast, PSX, Sega 32X, N64 and some GBA games on it. Brilliant.”
