“Marvelous kit for learning how to solder. This was the first kit I bought (second one was the PumpkinPi) and it uses the same components. You are given a few different things to learn how to solder - standalone (LEDs, resistors, capacitors), small clump of pins (the 555 timer), large clump of pins (40 GPIO pins). I somehow soldered all the green LEDs the wrong way - either the straight side of the LED hat didn't match the polarity of the legs or the board's outline shouldn't be the same for all LEDs. Regardless, I would still recommend this kit for people learning how to solder.”
