“Bought the pre-assembled device. First challenge, which way round to fit it on the GPIO pins without frying the device or the Pi? Couldn't find any guidance for the pre-assembled kit so looked through the instructions for the build-it-yourself kit. Found and followed the illustration at the end and it worked fine. Just noticed a picture in Nov 2019 Magpi Magazine p87 with one fitted the other way round.
Now just need to do some research to figure out what the code in the example files actually does. Given that this is presumably targeted at young children, I suggest some more expansive documentation, including more explanitory comments in the example code, would be helpful and allay fears of frying kit.”
