“Doesn't fit the Raspery Pi DAC+ at all, not in height, not in tolerance, not in clicking in, and not in spacing for the audio outs . Given the list of things this "doesn't fit", which is a lot of what people would want to fit, I wonder what the point of its existence is, given the rather high price.”
“Used the case to house a Pi3 with IQ Audio hat. Iknew that thjis would require some small mods to the case but these proved easy to do. The case provides a neat way to house a simple bluetooth/networked music player.”
“The case is doing what it needs to do perfectly - housing an RPi3B+ with DigiAMP+
Everything fits in just fine, but I would advise connecting the speaker cables before putting the RPi / DigiAmp+ into the case, it's just easier and less fiddly.”
“Am very satisfied with the purchase of the HighPi Raspberry Pi 3 Case-Black.
Is easy to assemble, with the raspberry pi 3B and sound card dab.
Fits perfectly on my amplifier.
See photo, super nice”
“It possibly may fit a lot of hats, but I use a PiJuice hat and the break out parts of the housing are not in the right place: the micro usb port on this hat is not accessible. One has to cut out an extra piece of the housing to connect a usb charger there.
On the positive side: the Raspberry can be inserted into the case with the SDcard in place: for a lot of other cases, having to insert the card after putting the raspberry in the case is a nuisance.”
