“The Arduino starter kit offers an incredibly novice-friendly introduction to electronics, coding, and microcontrollers. This was bought as a present for a 13 year old and they have had no trouble working through the wonderfully clear instructions. The kit has plenty of bits and pieces to make a wide variety of microcontroller-based electronics. Although aimed squarely at beginners, the Arduino is powerful enough to control moderately complex systems. There are cheaper Arduino copies available, but this kit is worth it for the excellent manual and ease with which everything works. Would strongly recommend!”
