This works exactly as advertised, I can now run my Pi 5 from a battery. It's worth noting that you can fit it under the Pi as well as on top. Just loses a star for being a bit too expensive for what it is.

I’m working on making a raspberry pi 5 cluster, and this does the trick, I only need one power supply to power my 8 unit cluster.

Really really useful with its 5V 8A max output (5A on usb-c) 3A elsewhere. I would have given it 5 stars except for: 1. Imprecise/somewhat incomplete docs. e.g. 4 pin power out connector described as ATX which it sort of is as its an old style floppy disc power connector. 2. Would have been been good if the 5V out 4 pin connector came with a shell to protect it or better yet shell with contacts perhaps? 3. I was delighted to find I could power the pi 5 and display from the usb-c out on this board using the official PI 27W supply in the input usb-c, when I wasnt using the battery. There is a Caution from 52Pi: you must not use the circular power connector and usb-c inputs together, so I avoided that. But the usb-c input has stopped working for some reason. Its ok for me as I have an old 19V 3A laptop supply for when I am not using the battery so i dont want to send it back. Make sure you consider the adapter cable as 1.7mm is indeed pretty obscure
