Very involving, easy to start learning, easy to assemble projects.

Bought this as a Christmas advent calendar for my son. (Yes, there are only 12 boxes!) He was very impressed with the contents - his comment was, the top selection of boxes is your basic stuff, but the rest of the boxes have some interesting unusual stuff in them. He already has a Raspberry Pi , so the bits will be additional things that he can use.

It showed up really quickly and will make a great gift for my boyfriend! He's not used a pi before, so I'm hoping that it'll be a really good intro for him. Comms from the PiHut were really clear and friendly.

The instructions for the potentiometer on Day 4 where unclear as to which side of it was ground, causing us to experience the magic blue smoke.

Perfect for beginners with no coding expirience. Nice guides. Also fun for for people who can already code, but does not have enogh stuff :)

It has been a great advent although not opened all boxes yet. Some of the buttons did not fit the bread board easily, so we were worried something would get broken. Other then that its a fun, creative activity.

A Christmas present for my son, so can’t give a full review, but I did check out the details of the projects and they look like they’ve been put together well. The hardware itself looks a little overpriced for what you get, but taking a holistic view, you’re also paying for the time and effort that’s gone into the design and software side, so the price seems reasonable. I think it’s a great idea.
