A great little device for doing some inital prototyping and POC for custom voice assistant projects. It has some limitations but for the price its an absolutly fantastic stepping stone. Its supprisingly solid and well built for something of this size and cost. only complaint is that the speaker or amp circuit seems to occasionally die, doing something then get a crackle and then no audio functions and need to reset device to continue. 4/5 as despite its limitations it does the job it should be used for. Its definetly something ill be keeping handy for when i am prototyping an esp32 project

Great little gadget. Perfect for product development and proof of concept work. Also expandable via the I2S protocol. Excellent price too!

Great product for what I was using it for. Uploaded my sketch and it worked flawlessly.

Great little audio tinkering board. It's a little let down by the lack of SPIRAM (PSRAM) which makes things a little tight when trying to implement audio and other features at the same time.

Works very nicely! Audio is quite tinny though, would be nice if it had a 3.5mm jack for an external speaker.

Work great for ESPHome voice assistants and with the grove port mean it's one device for two purposes.

This is an amazing little device. I'm using it as a Voice Assistant controlling smart devices through HomeAssistant. Based on the M5 pico it inludes a microphone and speaker via I2S ( as well as the usual wifi etc) in a very small package. It's very well documented on line and incredible value for money. As always a great service from the PiHut team..
