“Used this item to connect to my samsung gen 6 heatpump and add it to home assistant the basic samsung control panel very limited and no wifi connection.
The only down side was the loading of the setup/installation took longer than expected and didnt work the 1st time however since installing im very happy and now all updates are over the wifi.
I'm also amazed on how much I can see with my samsung heatpump and adjust some option weren't available via the Samsung control panel and much cheaper than adding Samsung wifi module (which is way over prices)”
“I use these as self contained bluetooth proxies with Home Assistant. Just add a power supply and a visit to the ESPHome website. I had one and bought two more. Good price too.”
