This is now a discontinued product, but it's still online and people using old links could find my commentary useful when taking the other comment into account. The power button is indeed very stiff and in my case it kept the button on the Pi 5 always pressed. However, I didn't remove the button. I used a cutter to trim a very thin slice (under 1 mm) off of the inside part of the button. That gave me a nice clicky button that works perfectly. What I can say after using the Pi in this case for some time (since May 2024), is that the thermal compound is not great. It does the job, the huge metallic case removes enough heat that I never had the Pi throttle, but the compound is a bit dry and a few bits of it broke off when I had to open up the case. I'll have to buy some thermal pads to see if they're better. When it comes to WiFi, the metal case is worse than all other metallic cases that I bought for my Pi family. I had to keep the Pi 5 oriented in a specific position for the signal to properly come in/out. If I didn't do that, even using the Pi Bookshelf application to download the official PDFs would randomly stall and fail. So this is worth keeping in mind when buying metallic cases. That said, just know that if you want to make a server from it, a case like this is a blessing to avoid all noise and to keep the Pi cool without any mechanical parts. As a server, it does a great job on wired network, so also take that into account. Overall, I'm happy with this case. When you know its strengths and weaknesses, you can make the most out of it.

Case is neat and attractive & appears to keep the Pi5 cool BUT the supplied reset button is much too stiff and the reset switch on board does not have sufficient "spring" to reset therefore the button has to be physically pulled out to reset the switch. It is also very easy to accidentally touch the button shutting the Pi down. I actually reopened the case (damaging some of the heat transfer pads in the process) and removed the button relying on the tried and tested paperclip method to operate the reset switch.
