Great company on time delivery but not being able to speak to someone is a bit of draw back but I understand their reasoning but their ticketing system worked very well and efficiently and I returned the part and they issued me with credit back to my card within 24h and return was very easy and they paid for it it,,, great company .

A good quality camera - easy to set up when following the instructions but I had to turn off the I2C interface. The only problem is that the supplied case did not fit together but not the most important issue

Bought to use with a Pi Zero 2 W. But no initial success in getting them to work together. Installed the Pivariety drivers and libcamera software on a Pi4 and all is working well. Impressed with the low light capability and the HD resolution. Hopefully get the zero 2 up and running after firmware upgrades

Pros: - Good image quality at 1080p res. Especially compared to the 15$ official V2 sensor - Decent low light quality. Still needs quite a bit of light to see anything in night. Cons - Poor manufacturer sw support. Took me about 5 hours to get it working because Arducam doesnt keep up with libcamera changes. Had to use June 2021 version of libcamera because the driver didnt work with newer one. They do advertise this as "not for novices" so keeping that in mid, its an excellent product. Would be 5 stars if they updated their driver to work with newer libcamera.
