“Received it in time, perfectly packaged. The CR1220 coin cell holder is optional and can be left aside to gain some space. So far I have only tested it with an Arduino Uno, using TinyGPS++ (for reading the GPS sentences and some computations) and SoftwareSerial (to keep hardware serial open for laptop communications) libraries. Precision seems correct for me for now. I plan to use it combined with a 9DoF IMU to control mobile robots.”
“Adafruit Ultimate GPS is part of my mototrhome infotainment system to provide speed and location data. The GPS performs fluentlywithout any hiccups when in operation. Only the cold start takes quite some time to get the fix.
Hooking up with raspberry pi was easy and gpsd was able to pick it up in no time.”
