“A very nice and good quaility board. Sensible size, SD card slot, female headers, power switch with 6-12v power port and a set of rubber feet make it great for playing with and experimentation. The downside is adafruit use CircuitPython with an easy USB folder for loading code. However, I have made a choice to use MicroPython. Yes I can use Thonny to access the board, and yes I have written MicroPython to the board. It works, but I have expereinced problems with the flash filing system vanishing, problems running code that executes OK on other boards, and challenges at getting to the hardware. Making a board easy for inexperienced coders can make it hard to use if you want to move away from the brand package. Overall I am disappointed as I can't seem to get standard MicroPython to work on this board.”
