“This is a fun, inexpensive way of pimping up your RPi400. There's a free 3D-printable add-on available at adafruit's website too so you can mount sensors etc to it. In addition to a display hat or similar, it's a great way of adding some cool bling to your 400.”
“Tricksy little blighter to get to work with other HATs The QT/STEMMA connectors on the sides mean that GPIO18 is occupied - this is the pin used for the last row of a StatusBoard and necessary for HyperPixel displays to work... You can, apparently, get the HyperPixel displays to work if you perform minor surgery... I'm not sure I'm brave/foolish enough...
All that being said, it's a great idea and were it simpler - no QT/STEMMA connectors, just a straight pass-through of pins - it would be perfect for what I needed.”
