Smaller than I imagined it would be, which is a bonus, but works perfectly well. Currently being used in an all-sky camera housing to provide some cooling ventilation.

I bought this so that I can control a 5v PWM fan from my PI without using GPIO pins (Already have other I2C devices, so can use the same bus for it) My testing so far is extremely limited, in that I've checked that indeed the fan does not spin when I don't tell it too. It does briefly spin up when I turn on the device, so I know the fan is working as expected. I'm working on a large project, that requires heating only some of the time, so this device will allow me to set the duty cycle without any issues, Plenty of mounting options, so will be able to build this into my project enclosure easily. My plan is to 3d print the whole case for this outdoors project, but right now, I need to focus on the case that will mount the electronics and the fan. Will be able to spend more time programming the software properly once the project isn't hanging out on my desk like a dollop of spaghetti.
