“Very simple to use with Adafruit’s documentation. Currently using this to check my house plants and get the watering regime better.
Only complaint is that I failed to notice this has a 4-pin JST PH connector (STEMMA), whereas the board I wished to use it with (Adafruit Metro) has a 4 Pin JST SH connector (STEMMA QT). So I had to get an adapter rather than use existing STEMMA QT cables.
But that is on me for not checking the docs meticulously enough.
Perhaps the store page could highlight this and link to connectors/adapters and save someone a little time in the future?”
“Total rubbish. Very very dry soil reads like wet soil. I bought 5 of these from various sellers. All the same, totally useless. Blogs and reviews agree.”
