“Having just started playing with Cypress PSoC4 mcu's I started to set up my Eclipse CDT env to work on them. However, the missing component was being able to debug from eclipse, which you can't do with the Cypress Miniprog's or Kitprogs. I had to keep going back to the Cypress Creator IDE which has a habit of freezing in my VM windows guest.
So far, all looking good, I can debug the PSoC4 f/w from Eclipse and get all the benefits of the Eclipse IDE. The J-Link install was simple and once configured, the J-Link just worked with the Eclipse debugger :)

“This is a great little programmer, I also needed the adaptor board, you have to use jflash"lite" to program with it. Once it's set up your good to go, Used on Atmel SAM7.”
