“The item arrived and after some easy soldering got it connected with my pi and a thermocouple. With info from the adafruit website I was able to get it up and running without much problem and this will be implemented as a temp sensor for my BBQ to alert me on low temps via Home Assistant”
“Excellent. Good accuracy. Easy to use with Arduino. (A minor point is the mini terminal blocks supplied are adequate but a bit too small to really crank up the tightness on the thermocouple wires - but as you have to solder this yourself you could easily substitute an alternative).”
