“I have had a few problems with dropped readings, followed the Adafruit advice and placed a capacitor across the thermocouple input and added one across the power rails. It still occasionally drops readings but could also be due to noise from the thermocouple (while keeping the hot junction isolated) or my breadboard wiring. As for actual readings they are what I expect from thermocouples.”
