“I used this to enable UART communication between my iPad Pro and a Yaesu two-way radio, on its CAT interface. I tested with the FT-857 but it should be compatible with the FT-817 and FT-897 as they use similar protocols. I am currently using the RUMlogNG2go app and hope other app creators provide support in due course. I successfully increased the speed from 9600 baud to 38400 where performance within the app seemed more consistent.
Delivery was quick and supplier was spot on.
